Toby Morton is a comedy writer with credits on South Park and MadTV. And now he is creating campaign websites for Trumpublican political candidates—sites that the candidates would rather never saw the light of day.
Morton roots around in the domain registration arena looking for domains that politicians should have secured but missed. And their failure is his opportunity.
For example, Elise Stefanik should have registered the domain EliseStefanik2022.com but Toby Morton beat her to it. Stefanik is now infamous in her promotion of the same racist “Great Replacement” rhetoric espoused by the white supremacist who murdered 10 people in a store in Buffalo, New York last week.
Morton’s website for Stefanik started with the slogan:
LET’S KEEP IT WHITE
THE REPLACEMENT THEORY
AND WHY I SUPPORT IT.
Another gem of a quote from Stefanik’s site is
I, Elise Stefanik, am a monster. I am a vile and disgusting politician who is responsible for the Buffalo NY shooting spree. How? What is in his manifesto is what I placed into his head. Why? Because I want power. I want votes. I don’t want to lead. I want to rule. People will lose lives, but that’s not my concern. I’m here for the exposure, the power, the control. I will continue to do everything in my power to raise White Supremacy higher than it’s ever been.
Morton writes, tongue in cheek, that people should stop retweeting the site since he’s gotten 87 complaints about it.
Today, 87 complaints came from the Albany, NY area concerning my website https://t.co/Vmos9hnnPI asking to have it taken down for harassment. Please stop retweeting.

So of course we did retweet it along with over 1000 other people.
Along with Stefanik, Morton has created sites for Jim Jordan. Lauren Boebert, Devin Nunes, Governor Greg Abbott (partially up), Governor Ron DeSantis and Matt Gaetz. The website for Gaetz was really easy since all Morton had to do was link his domain to a Wikipedia page about sex trafficking.
The latest site to go live is for Kevin McCarthy. Check out the site to see McCarthy’s real campaign messaging. Here’s a sample:
I’m a coward. I run the halls of congress when reporters ask the obvious questions. I’ve lost the respect of my colleagues. I’ve helped turn the GOP into the joke that it is. We’re not Republicans, we’re criminals. Adulterers. Power hungry narcissists. And I, Kevin McCarthy, have stood by and allowed all of it to happen. Why? I told you…I’m a coward. You want this party to advance? Not while I’m around. You want this party to live each day by their principles? Not while I’m around. Russia owns us. Read that out loud. Russia. Owns. Us.
We can’t wait to see who Toby Morton “campaigns” for next.
