A recent article in the Washington Post did some excellent coverage of the carnage being done to government agencies by unofficial co-president Elon Musk.
Reporters Jeff Stein, Elizabeth Dwoskin, Hannah Natanson and Jonathan O’Connell wrote:
In less than three weeks, Musk’s U.S. DOGE Service has followed the same playbook at one federal agency after another: Install loyalists in leadership. Hoover up internal data, including the sensitive and the classified. Gain control of the flow of funds. And push hard—by means legal or otherwise—to eliminate jobs and programs not ideologically aligned with Trump administration goals.
Of course the fact that none of this is actually legal hasn’t slowed things down at all. The illegality means nothing to the Trump Regime—calling it an administration is a misnomer now, since the obvious intent is to rule rather than govern or administer the Republic.
The all-out assault began with Muskovites invading, borg like, into agencies that have fallen—or been absorbed so far—and installing hard drives with who knows what software or access rights contained therein. One of Musk’s pet Nazis, Marko Elez, was even given read-write privileges in the Treasury payment systems controlling the flow of trillions of dollars in government payments.
Taking a closer look at our unelected co-president is necessary to understand where his ultimate strategies might be leading us.
When Elon decided to buy Twitter many of us chalked it up to another drug-fueled manipulation like his gaff of saying that he was going to take Telsa private at $420 a share. He jerked everyone around and was then sued by the Twitter board to complete his buyout at $40 billion or so.
Once Twitter was his, he began his purge of everything that restrained the far right, claiming himself to be a “free speech absolutist” and opening up the platform to a river of hate speech like never before. But he gained a LOT more from the Twitter acquisition: the personal data and viewpoints and attitudes of hundreds of millions of people. A perfect tool for a bit of anti-social engineering. As this progressed, the liberal facade Musk wore for many years was ripped away revealing a white supremacist with wealth and reach like the world has never seen before. A sure-fire way to get kicked off of his “free speech” haven is to criticize lord Musk and his buddy Trump.
Musk wants X to be some universal app tied to payment systems like Visa and fueled by massive AI infrastructure, poking into the lives of everyone. His attitude has caused a mass exodus from his platform to a variety of other social sites which are now exploding, but this seems to mean very little to him.
Destruction is part and parcel with his make up. But now we are finding out that revenge and retribution are intentions he intimately shares with Trump. His recent agreement with Visa to create a payment system on X has been followed by his work to take down the CFPB (Consumer Finance Protection Bureau). His destruction of USAID was preceded by an investigation of his actions of cutting off Starlink access for Ukraine and thus aiding the Russian army. Elon was not a happy about attempts to unionize at Tesla. Now the pro-union National Labor Relations Board has fallen under the destruction hammer.
Revenge, retribution, check. Next we need to look more at the personal makeup of Elon Musk. Simply put this is a man on drugs, heavy drugs like Ketamine. The DEA has an appropriately scary description:
Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic that has some hallucinogenic effects. Ketamine distorts the perception of sight and sound and makes the user feel disconnected and not in control. It is referred to as a “dissociative anesthetic hallucinogen” because it makes patients feel detached from their pain and environment.
Ketamine can induce a state of sedation (feeling calm and relaxed), immobility, relief from pain, and amnesia (no memory of events while under the influence of the drug) and is abused for the dissociative sensations and hallucinogenic effects….
So here we have a guy who is habitually disassociated from the environment, his perceptions and other people, running a massive hostile take over of our government. He was even visibly stoned out of his mind at the Inauguration.
Maybe in his hallucinatory state Musk thinks he can control everything in people’s lives with software. What would that look like? Probably the best—and maybe the scariest—visualization of this came into being in 1971 in the first film by George Lucas, THX 1138.
Lucas depicts a society where individual surveillance is all-encompassing and social control is total—by software and a few human overseers. If your personal profit-loss statement went too far negative, you were marked for elimination. So the fact that Musk’s first targets were the financial mechanisms of our government, this is a truly unnerving parallel.
But if this doesn’t sound scary enough for you, Musk also owns a company called Neurallink, a neurotechnology company that’s developing a brain-computer interface (BCI) that can be implanted in the brain.
Remember the days of COVID when the crazies were all screaming that the vaccines were just a way to inject chips to track us all—while they were posting from smart phones that contain tracking chips? Fast forward to now when these same people are happy as pigs in slop that Elon is backing up their “Jesus” of a president and owning the libs. Fact is, the ultimate goal is to own us all. Say hello to a future of digital serfdom.
But more sobering is the combination of possibilities: that Elon apparently wants to implant chips in people to connect them to computers, take over government computing and then connect this all to an AI that he controls.
Of course, this is beyond dystopian. Are Elon’s actions the sort of drug-addled vision of the future people thought they were voting for? Not likely. But the price of eggs had to be dealt with!
